Screening
While we screen professionals listed on our platform, we cannot fully guarantee the quality of work performed. Customers agree to hold the service professional liable for any issues with service provided. Always verify credentials and licenses before booking.
Schedule Changes
It is the responsibility of the resident/customer to handle scheduling and payment arrangements with service providers.
Cancellation Policy
Customers must cancel scheduled service appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any applicable cancellation fees. Check with the specific service provider for details.
Customer Service
While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we are limited in the direct customer service we can provide for the actual services rendered by third-party professionals. Please contact them with any disputes.
Liability Waiver
By using our platform to connect with service professionals, you waive any right to hold Hometown Advantage Club liable for issues stemming from negligence, oversights or errors made by the third-party providers.
